  • Visiting and/or using Goodbuyz.com, binds you, the End User to the terms and conditions of this user agreement.
  • The purchase of a Goodbuyz Voucher is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to revise this legal notice at any time. As an End User of this website, it is your responsibility to check the User Agreement from time to time and to review the current legal notice, as you are legally bound by it. We are not obliged to notify you of any legal changes, but will make an attempt to do so at our own discretion. Certain provisions of this legal notice may be overridden by particularly designated legal notices, or terms located on specific pages of this Website.

2. About Us

  • This "Website", www.Goodbuyz.com is a site owned by Interpower Marketing, which is registered and operating in Richmond Hill Ontario, Canada.
  • Interpower Marketing and Goodbuyz are interchangeable with regards to referencing in our Terms & Conditions.

3. Registration

  • In order to be active on our chat section and/or to purchase a Goodbuyz Voucher, you must open an account with us.
  • Becoming a registered member requires you to submit your name, address, and a valid email address. The information that you provide us with must be both accurate and current. It is your responsibility to update your account from time to time.
  • Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
  • You, the End User, are responsible for keeping your password and account information secure.
  • If you become aware that your account has been compromised, you need to notify us as soon as possible.

4. Purchases

  • We negotiate offers which are referred to in these Terms and Conditions, as Deals with various suppliers, vendors, and merchants of goods and services on behalf of our customers. The Deals are conditional upon certain requirements being met and the specific terms and conditions that are attached to them. The terms of each deal will be clearly displayed on each Goodbuyz Voucher.
  • We are not the supplier of the goods and/or services related to the Deal. The goods and or/services are supplied by the Merchant, upon whose behalf we issue the Goodbuyz Vouchers. The Merchant is responsible for redeeming the Goodbuyz Voucher, which you have purchased. The Merchant has agreed to redeem and honour the Goodbuyz Vouchers purchased through this site

5. Legal Status

Your Status

By placing an order through our site, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You are 13 years of age to visit, and least 18 years old to make a purchase.
  • You grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use for any purpose, any content that you post on our Website or otherwise communicate to us, via any media.

Our status

  • The Merchant is the seller of the goods and/or services under the Deal and shall be responsible for ensuring that the Deal and the goods and/or services provided there under comply with all applicable law.
  • Interpower Marketing's obligations under this Agreement, is to solely issue the Goodbuyz Voucher, which is linked to the "Deal of the Day". Goodbuyz is not the seller of such goods and/or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for supplying such goods and/or services and redeeming any such Goodbuyz Voucher in respect to the same pursuant of their Terms and Conditions of sale.

6. Disclaimer

We provide the Website and Services "as is", "with all faults" and "as available". Interpower Marketing disclaims any and all liabilities about Website, Services or Deals. We make no guarantees or give warrantees in relation to any of the Deals or services made available on this Website, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Neither Interpower Marketing nor its officers, employees or Affiliates may be held liable whether in relation to contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability, tax matters or any other form of liability for any claim, damage or loss, arising from or relating to the provision of all or any goods or services sold or agreed to be supplied pursuant to the Deal. We may provide links on our site to other websites, whether affiliated with us or not. We make no guarantees or take any responsibility for the products that you may purchase from third party sellers, or from other company websites that we have provided. We make no guarantees of product/service quality, and any such guarantees are fully disclaimed by Interpower Marketing. This disclaimer however, does not affect your statutory rights against the third party seller, supplier, and/or Merchant. We may disclose your customer information related to the Voucher that is linked to the specific Merchant or supplier whom you are concerned with.

7. Limitations of Liability

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISPUTE WITH US IS TO DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF GOODBUYZ. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY, OR THE LIABILITY OF OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, VENDORS, OR MERCHANTS, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES THAT YOU PAID US DURING THE PREVIOUS ONE-YEAR PERIOD FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE AT ISSUE. WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, VENDORS, AND MERCHANTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE UPON THE SITE AND SERVICES. THESE EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO ANY CLAIMS FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EVEN IF WE KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 8. Indemnity

  • You the End User, agree to defend and indemnify Interpower Marketing, our officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, that result from using any products or services that you purchased in connection with this Website.

9. Consumer rights

  • If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Goodbuyz Voucher (provided that you have not exchanged the Goodbuyz Voucher for the goods and services under the Deal in that time). In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Goodbuyz Voucher in accordance with our refunds policy.
  • To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. We shall cancel your Goodbuyz Voucher and you must also destroy any Goodbuyz Voucher held electronically or in printed form. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Price

  • The price of a Goodbuyz Voucher will be listed on the site in Canadian dollars.
  • If there is an obvious pricing error for any of our Deals, we reserve the right to cancel the Goodbuyz Vouchers that are issued, and will give you a full refund.

11. Payment Method

  • We accept all major credit cards for the purchase of a Goodbuyz Voucher. Your credit card will be pre-authorized before your purchase is processed.

13. License Grant

  • You the End User are free to post content on this website. By doing so, you willingly grant Interpower Marketing a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed without territorial or time limitations, and to sublicense such rights through multiple tiers of sublicenses.

14. Copyright Notice

The Copyright, Trademark, Intellectual Property Rights, and all content on this Website are owned by Interpower Marketing. Interpower Marketing reserves the right to terminate its agreement with any End User who violates third-party copyright laws and rights. Any violation of this policy may result in a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right infringement that may subject the End User to civil and/or criminal penalties.

You the End User are free to distribute the content on our website, as long as you abide by the following guidelines:

  • Modification of any texts, codes, designs, graphics, interfaces, or content on this website is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Interpower Marketing.
  • No part of this website may be copied, distributed, reproduced, transmitted, linked, deep linked, or stored on any other websites or systems, whether private or public, without the express written consent of Interpower Marketing.
  • The graphics on this website must be used in conjunction with the corresponding texts.
  • Our Copyright, Trademark, and permission notice(s) must appear within any content that is distributed.

Goodbuyz, registered or not, and all other Trade Names are the property of Interpower Marketing. All rights with regards to this trademark are strictly reserved. Unless otherwise stated, all other trademarks appearing on Goodbuyz of the property of their respective owners.

16. Website Access

Goodbuyz shall not be held liable if the Website is unavailable for any length of time. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Website without notice, in the case of system failure, maintenance, or repair.

The End User is responsible for ensuring that their telephone hardware, computer hardware, and all other equipment required to access Goodbuyz is functional. Goodbuyz shall not be held liable for any damages that may result through the End User's use of this Website.

17. End User Conduct

As an End User you are accountable for your behaviour, communication, and your conduct. The End User is strictly prohibited from posting and transmitting any material that violates the rights of others. Any material that is abusive, unlawful, threatening, obscene, defamatory, pornographic, offensive, indecent, racist, vulgar, menacing, invasive, breaches privacy, prejudice, homophobic, sexist, or profane is prohibited. Any behaviour that constitutes or encourages criminal conduct, gives rise to civil liability, or infringes upon the rights of any third party is strictly prohibited. Misuse of the Website which includes (but is not limited to) the transfer of computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, harmful components, malicious software, corrupted data, or spyware is not permitted.

The End User shall not use this Website to advertise or perform any commercial, religious, political or non-commercial solicitation, including, but not limited to, the solicitation of users of this Website to become users of other on- or offline services directly or indirectly competitive or potentially competitive with Goodbuyz.

Goodbuyz will fully cooperate with law enforcement or any court authority seeking the identity of any individual who has posted material that breaches these Terms & Conditions

18. Dispute Policy

If you believe any content posted by another user is in breach of our terms or in any other way infringes your rights, you can send us a formal notice to info@goodbuyz.com.

The Formal Notice should include details of:

  • The date, time and the comment(s)/content that are of concern.
  • The action that you wish us to take in respect to the comment(s)/content.
  • The basis on which the action is requested (e.g. abusive or defamatory remarks that are in breach of these terms).

Upon receipt of the Formal Notice, we will in most cases, immediately suspend the comment(s)/content that is in violation of our terms. We will also conduct a timely investigation by contacting the End User behind the breach of those terms.

19. Modifying Our Terms and Conditions

We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.

20. Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of it will be governed by Ontario Provincial laws, or Canadian laws. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
